Image via WikipediaSo, i wanted my own blog, and its not like i don't have a blog already. I do have a blog which was updated ages back and when I meant ages feel free to date back to B.C. Its my official blog and I am always under a dilemma on what to post there as I have to maintain a certain decency(difficult) and have to sound intelligent(impossible). So the easiest thing to do was start an other blog where I could be myself and no one can trace the blog back to me and hunt me down and kill me.
Decision(impulsive) to start the blog was easy and so was setting up a blog on blogger but the difficult part was to christen the blog. I was happy and proud i had found a funky name for the blog and later realised that some 'other' pervert had already picked up the name. Now you would be wondering how do i know if he is a pervert ? Thats cause i checked out his blog it had a black background with red text and all those pics of Kim Kardishian, Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson doing unspeakable things ( though i could act it out with them).
Things got easy after that as i just had to do a 100 odd combination and permutation of words. Half of the names I checked could be termed incomprehensible in most non English speaking countries of the world and the rest of the names were just plain weird, and all of them were taken. Patience led to frustration and frustration led to anger. I could feel the anti social animal in me trying to burst out and the latest trend is to screw a brand on the social networks.Blogger.com was gonna pay for not letting me have a good blog name !
Just then my alter ego (I call him Mr Fool) the good side which is just 5%, asked me why don't i go social instead of antisocial. I said what the heck Smarty pants let me give it 3 shots at being social. So i tried Social (the most sought after keyword) with no luck (logically) second try was 'Socialized' (I try doing that in real life with no luck and it was likewise with blogger). The last try before i wreck havoc on Blogger was 'Socialised' relying on the British (note the 's' instead of the 'z') to get me through with a blog name.
Rest is history, i got the power of a blog now ! with a misleading name. I changed my mind of wrecking havoc on Blogger.com and instead would be creating mayhem with my posts on hapless readers who would be visiting my blog. Are you one of them ? Run... Hide... because i am a blogger now
